I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Sent over resume and portfolio. Was told to schedule a time to chat. Day before call, recruiter needed to reschedule. I selected a new time. Same thing again, day before, needed to reschedule. Selected another time, the day arrived, we chatted. Bumped to next interview with someone on the design team. This call kept its scheduled time, chat went great. Never heard anything back, no response to emails.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2022
Interview
There was no process. I approached via LinkedIn and asked it I'd be interested in a job at Revolut. I was then scheduled for an initial call, on the day of, was told the person interviewing could attend anymore and rescheduled. On the second try, and after waiting for about 15 minutes on the video call on my own, I got an email saying they weren't feeling ok, and asking for my availability later in the week. After replying with said availability was never contacted again.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Feb 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and had a short call to explain the interview process, but rejected me immediately after a week without even giving me a chance to interview, and stated the reason as experience not suitable for the role. The whole process seems unprofessional and almost feels like spam. Why would you reach out if you don't believe a candidate is suitable for the role in the beginning?
