I think it would have been better. I had only 1 call which lasted maybe 20 mins, and I don't think it is enough for 1 person to know my skills just like that. I believe "big" companies like that can do better and the feedback they give should be real, not just "we didn't find you a good fit". How would a person improve in that matter? Why was I not a good fit? What can make me a better fit? Feedback is very valuable, so companies should also be learning from this.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Madrid) in Oct 2023
Interview
Many processes, interviews and tests. They have so many offers to fill and so many candidates (high turnover), that you are treated as a number.
You will probably talk or meet at least 10 different people (I talked to 4 people from HR, 2 from the specific department, and a random person who is not in HR, nor in your future department, to give you a 1h exercise.

Question 1
Business case : You are the HR director and need to improve the recruitment process at Revolut (they should indeed take some ideas from the candidates).

Spoke with 2 separate department managers and it was very clear from the outset, my experiences and skill sets were far superior to both hiring managers. Their ability to discuss the role in any way favourable was alarming and a red flag immediately. Having read all the reviews on here since, I am clearly not along in feeling I have dodged a real bullet here by not joining this coming. Sadly they just don’t have the people to match a fast growing product.
