The whole interview process and experience was good. I liked the overall experience. The recruiters were very helpful, clear in setting the expectation. There was role clarity. The hiring manager were also very supportive and helpful.

Interview
Interview process is nicely arranged by HR team and open process. Interviewer was good at conducting interview. HR team is good at taking candidates follow up and documentation process. Hiring process is smooth and co-operative.

*agril. entomology related questions,definitions
*pest related questions like their types,biology,habitats,etc and more.
*computer skill related questions
*Decision making questions like customer queries and problem solving approach.
*Questions like driving rules, safety and bike documents
*Chemicals knowledge and IPM related questions
*disease caused by pests, history of diseases caused by pests
*what is Virus, types, COVID 19 virus and its nature.
* sports questions (because i have sport background)
I have applied for the job via LinkedIn and I received an interview call. I have given online interview and the interview was held in 2 rounds. The whole interview experience was great
It was a normal interview of basic questions and it was a very comfortable interview about the job and the company and whether I would be able to deliver the needful from my side.
