Rent-A-Center interview questions

I was interviewed for a store manager position it was an internal position so the interview process was fairly simple I was asked questions such as what do you think you can bring to this store that the other applicants can't, if you don't get the promotion how would you feel and react, would you have problems with the drive

It was pretty much a live personality test to see if I had the mettle to be a sycophant. I passed with flying colors. Basically tell them what they want to hear like everywhere else
