I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Rent-A-Center in Jan 2014
Interview
Archaic interview. HM seemed clueless, questions asked where at points absurd. I left interview feeling this place was definitely not for me. Many of the comments seemed judgmental. I felt HM was not trained properly. I felt like I was 14 interviewing for job at locally owned furniture store not a nationwide company
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rent-A-Center (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2012
Interview
The ask a lot of pretty standard questions and it's a pretty laid back interview. You also get to come in before you start employment for a practice day to see if you actually like the job to begin with. they take you a couple deliveries and show how things should be done
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rent-A-Center (Las Cruces, NM) in Mar 2015
Interview
Was in my own store, in front of my district manager and regional manager. Ask me multiple questions. shared with me the expectations and the role I'm applying for. They told me I would have to take test and pass to get the job. I also needed to take a drug screen and have them check my back ground/driving record. Thanked my for my time and told me they will let me know if I got the job or not.
