Question 1
Even though I was nervous for my interview and questions, all of my questions were very simple. I got lucky.
It was a fairly typical interview. Not very interesting but professional line of questions and overall demeanor. I could tell this is a well-run company but like with most larger companies it was impersonal.

Interview
Positive interview and very informative place seem laid back the manager worked for 30 years at company and then retired. Only to come out of retirement to become a store manager
It's not sales It's delivery and set up,build, install and collections. No commission program and no room to move up. No thanks. Luckily, I live two blocks away so my time wasn't completely wasted. And it appears the turn over rate is rather high.
