I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rent-A-Center (Decatur, GA)
Interview
Average, but invasive. They ask a lot of personal questions, try to get a better perspective of your personality since the job requires you to interact with a variety of people. Once again, they want to make sure that you are capable of dealing with a diverse workplace and to make sure that you have the mental capacity to not explode..

Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview about a month later. The interview was quick and painless. The interview was not at the store I planned to work at but it wasn't that far of a drive. I was told salary, hours, and what to expect next. When I got home and checked my email I had received the consent for the background check, which I completed, and the places I was able to go for the drug test.

Question 1
If you were in the situation where you had to call a customer who hasn't paid for their items in months, and she told you that she can't pay for the items (which were beds for her children). She also said that if she returned the items her children would have to sleep on the floor. How would you handle this situation.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rent-A-Center (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
Standard interview with the district manager. Asked the same old interview questions and explained all the things I would be doing there. Not that hard to get through. Most of the interview is spent talking about the job itself making it seem like it's not that bad. Considering how most stores are understaffed it doesn't seem like a surprise now looking back at it.
