Talking about the position, not very clear. The job posting described a management position, but the interview was geared toward software development. Interview with microsoft teams, there was a techlead, a product owner, a project manager. I will not continue the process

Senior manager geldi, CV ile ilgili sorular sordu. Daha sonra teknik sorular geldi, OOP nedir tarzi. Sakin bir ortamdaydi genel olarak. Yaklasik 1 saat sürdü. Sürekli is yerine gelip gelemeyecegim soruldu.

Interview
There was an intial technical phone interview, more of a screening call. Then a technical take home test, to develop a small web application. Then a final in person interview to code review the application.
First round should be overview of all technology that you have used
Overview of your project and technology that you are used
Second round basically from streams that also easy
