I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Renault Group (Valladolid) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview was not technical at all. Focused mainly on the way to work and the attiutude towards the company. English exam and psyco-technical also. Most of the interview was them talking about the post.
Started with general questions about Alpine. Technical Questions then questions on your CV and Cover Letter then you can ask questions about company. The interviewer was good however a bit unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Renault Group (Estambul) in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied via Renault website, got a phone call after 10 days for the first interview in their HQ at İstanbul. It was quite easy. I've been mostly asked about my educational past and the projects/internships i've done since I'm a new graduate. I've been asked the most common questions you could expect from first interview; Why do you want to work in automotive industry? Why do you want to work in Renault? Your strengths-weaknesses? etc. After these questions, they wanted to test my English, so we continued the interview in English for a brief period. Lastly, they've informed me about company and the positions that are currently available.
It was the first interview we've had, it continued about a hour or so. Quite easy, no technical questions have been asked; however, knowing few things about the current status of Renault helps.
