One interview The interview with the manager in the US was a breeze, easy conversation, some technical, some casual, but nothing really challenging. The conversation with the team in the EU/US was the most woke interrogation you can imagine. Initial phone screen with talent acquisition,
After that, 4 video calls, one with the hiring manager, and then one each with 3 members of the hiring team.
Interview structure and process was very consistent across the calls.
