I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Hat (Raanana) in Jul 2019
Interview
3 Technical interviews + meeting with HR.
Overall the intervening process was extremely positive.
I felt that the purpose of the technical rounds was to see how I'm able to think, rather than if I know the answer to some specific question, which I feel is a very forward-thinking and appropriate approach.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Red Hat in Apr 2019
Interview
Six one-hour-long interviews with the team I am going to work with. All interviews were very technical. Interviewers were really nice. Each interviewer tried to ask questions that others didn't ask.
