      I interviewed at Red Hat

      Interview

Interviews were scheduled with team leads. Each person asks their own set of questions to determine fit, but mostly has open dialogue. Each person was very friendly and easy to connect with. Then a follow up interview was scheduled with the manager.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Red Hat (Nueva Delhi) in Aug 2019

      Interview

The interview process was very exhaustive. I had 5 rounds of interviews spanning more than 2 months. The first round was with the hiring manager and was the most critical one. The questions asked were primarily based on what I am doing currently in the present organization. Some situation based questions were also asked. Overall, clearing this interview was the key. The rest of the 3 interviews were with the other Managers and Sr CSM. Mostly the questions revolved around my present role and what I had done in the past based on my resume. Some situation based questions were asked as well. But nothing too difficult to answer. The last round was with the Director Customer Success. Again questions were based on the present role and what I am looking for in the next role. Also "Why Red Hat" was asked. Overall I think they look for the fit with the organization culture. Having worked in big branded organizations in the past helped. I think they stress on that.
