Brief was to sell based on pain points.
Feedback too much detail and didn’t sell the culture. Brief didn’t align with feedback. Asked to be creative but really they were looking to sell their culture which is widely difficult when you’ve not worked inside the business. Sense the role has gone to someone already hand selected prior to the process commencing.
Disappointing waste of my time.

It was super lengthy process and getting to the final rounds after 6-8 interviews with no offer was disappointing. Good company, great values, need to go through multiple interviews to be considered.

screen and then hiring manager interview; process took a really long time and there was little to know communication from the hiring team. Got ghosted and did not find out about the outcome until I opened the portal a month later.
