Standard HR phone interview, immediately wanted to talk salary. From there to hiring manager phone interview to in-person with five employees. Trying to get information about my status even weeks after the interview was impossible, despite several attempts to reach a recruiter or HR or the hiring manager.

How familiar are you with Red Hat's products and practices?
Very straightforward, spoke with recruiter about open opportunities and then met with the hiring manager for an interview. Overall interview process was painless once I actually got a response from recruiting. Did not get an offer as the team was looking for a Principal PM rather than a Senior PM.

The interview process starts with a phone screening, then you speak with the hiring manager. If you make it past these steps you have a panel interview with the team.

Three Stages Process: The first stage is an HR general interview on the phone The second stage is a Professional interview online with one of the managers in the team. And the third stage is a Direct manager interview online.
