I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Hat (Raleigh, NC) in Apr 2016
Interview
Pretty straightforward. Asked basic programming questions. Easy to pass as long as you can solve basic programming questions and know your concepts well. Total process was only 1 week long but it took them a month to get back to me.

My Red Hat interview was an enriching experience, combining technical discussions, problem-solving scenarios, and collaborative conversations. The team was welcoming, and the process strengthened my confidence in open-source development and enterprise-grade engineering practices.
Very friendly & straight forward interview. Would recommend highly. Very respectful . Non technical interview & was very encouraging. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an interview in their third year in college
