If you are successful in this step, you will be invited to do a Mock Sales Call, where you will be given a scenario and you will play the role of a sales rep selling Red Hat solutions Versus competition. It was a very long process from an internal referral. I ended up getting great feedback from both teams that I interviewed. After over a month of interviews and mock sales calls, all with very positive feedback, I was told that they had selected internal candidates.
