I applied through other source. I interviewed at Red Hat in Nov 2020
Interview
1. Screening, talked with an associate and a manager.
2. Hackerrank
3. Final round (2 days, ~3 hours and 2 hours)
The final interview was actually fun but it sucked because I gave them more than 7 hours of my life and did not even bother to let me know the result. They do not stick with their timeline and I pretty much got ghosted.
I do not recommend.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Had to teach them something from a list of topics they had.
Overall the experience was great, however after finishing interviews the recruiter was very inaccurate with their timeline. Didn't hear back unless I followed up, had to wait 3 + weeks.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Hat (West Lafayette, IN) in Sep 2019
Interview
Behavioral on-campus interview, the guy was super laid back and we mainly just talked through my resume and what I want to understand about the potential role. They're supposed to get to me next week about who they're bringing to their headquarters.
