I got asked a series of questions to answer in an online interview before being selected for a face to face interview with 3 members of staff where I presented a task.

The overall process, including the WingFinder personality assessment test was interesting in a positive way. They seem to have a great culture there and I learned about myself through the process.

Interview
The interview process was structured yet free flowing.
It was evident they were clear on what they wanted.
Based on internal contacts I knew it would be a tough interview process and it was as expected.
