I heard of the job and sent a presentation to the company why I want the job.
they called to say they were impressed but there is no relevant position at the moment.
8 month later they called me for an interview even thou I didn't reapply

they started by telling me about the company and why I should work there
the asked me more about myself and why I would want to work there
later on one of the VP's called me for another interview that was also very general
Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
