After submitting an online application I had to complete a personality test and a skills test. After that they sent me an invitation for an online test. This was an uncommon kind of test: you can choose when to do it by just following a link. Then they check your recorded answers. In the online interview I had to answer 6 quetions in 10-20 minutes. Some of the questions were the average kind of questions in a hiring process. But there were other questions which needed to be prepared in advance e.g. "How many cans of Red Bull were sold in 2013? Apart from this, what more high numbers did Red Bull achieve in 2013?" "What´s the most creative thing you have done" "Describe a situation when you made the impossible possible"

The assessment test and the video interview were the first steps. After these steps you get an interview in Red Bull HQ. f you pass this interview, you need to remain in the Red Bull HQ in Austria for a few days to perform different games and activities.
