1) Screening phone call - 30 mins
2) Actual call with hiring manager - 60 mins
3) Project work and (debrief - 60 mins but ended up being only 30 and barely any questions)
4) They don't even follow up on time, they merely send the poor recruiter do the dirty job a few weeks later.
So in case you didn't get the punchline, save yourself the effort and look somewhere else.

Interview
Went through the process during Covid, they paused the hiring but came back eventually after few months and interview was resumed. Three rounds, first online test, second interview over Teams, third presentation of case study. Overall it was good experience.
