Before having a human evaluate your entry you have to perform an online test. An incredible waste of time to ask professionals to jump through such hoops before bothering to evaluate their applications. It smacks of corporate arrogance.

Made it to the end. It took 2 months of interviews. I think that they could be streamlined better. It didn’t make sense to interview for so long. Too much hype for such a long process. They say everything but promise the job.
