- Got an email to complete online assessment/personality "Wings Finder Test" (took 45min to complete) - Received call from HR (30min) - Met with Hiring Manager (30 min) - Received email notice from HR

Well, it was a google meet video call interview with the business head and the head HR. The interview was ok and there was only 1 round followed by the analytical test given by the company which I cleared with good results. I have only 2 concerns to get focus in here. 1st- The questions were decent and practical asked by the business head but the questions were not so logical and according the job profile which were asked by the HR. See its not necessary that a person will be thinking according to yours and also the mindset vary with each and every person on this planet. So, asking about someone's hobbies and choosing a candidate on his/her anwers depending on the hobbies is not correct i guess. 2nd I didn't get any feedback from the HR even after multiple mails. Which is very unprofessional on the company's behalf.
