I applied online. I interviewed at Red Bull (Ciudad de México) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview I took was in an assessment centre, so one had to come up with answers upon case-like questions. The process was overall friendly, although I think cultural fit is of outmost importance. It is important to be familiar with all the different revenue streams of Red Bull (the can, the athletes, Red Bull TV, RedBulletin, etc.). Their content is important so naming an athlete you know, or that has inspired you is a nice to have. Overall they look for people that is really, really passionate about the brand, so when you can integrate that to you answers, that'd be good. Being company driven, friendly and adventurous is a plus.

Question 1
What is your passion? What would you do differently in Red Bull? How would you make a marketing or sales strategy "the red bull way" (aka different to everybody else's brands/original/adventurous/etc.)
Multi-stage interview process, one with HR, two with hiring manager, in one of them having to present business case solution.
Process was quite lengthy, but had good and consistent communication with HR from the beginning.
Everyone was quite friendly, and it didn't feel like a interrogation, more like a conversation

Question 1
"What's your favorite marketing campaign you've seen recently?"

Question 1
Perché pensi di essere il candidato adeguato per questo ruolo?
Come pensi di compensare la tua mancanza di esperienza in questo aspetto?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Red Bull (Estambul) in Dec 2023
Interview
I have reached the final stage, and I have travelled for those meetings 3 times (they covered the flight tickets). However, after the last interview, I haven't received any feedback. After such a long process that required a lot of time and effort, I would have appreciated being informed about the status of the position.
