It was very disorganized. I saw the position both on Glazer and Red Bull. I applied through Red Bull and got an interview right away. I would continue to to get emails about the position through Glazer. When I got to the interview I didn't know which job I was interviewing for because I had two emails from both companies saying different positions. The Red Bull panel was the worst panel I have ever met. They were not motivated, or high energy. When I asked detailed questions they kept passing it around " you want to answer that, or you want to answer that" over and over. They didn't seem to know how to answer any of my questions. Questions pertaining to territory region, growth opportunities and more. Then they would only give me 1 word answers when I asked detailed questions which meant I had to keep asking more questions to get information I needed to know about Red Bull as a company and also the position. They made me not want to work for Red Bull the longer I sat there and glad I never got a call back. It was a waste of my time.
