Had a 45 min informal interview where my future FMS and I walked around my campus and he had me describe where on campus would be great business opportunities. He had me list off all the organizations that I had a connection with and how they could benefit my job, along with bounce ideas he had for the role off of me and see how I responded.

Based off of social and educational networks, how will you benefit the brand?
Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
