Had a short, 6 question video interview which led to a 30 minute phone interview. The video interview was a tad uncomfortable as a question popped up and you responded to a web cam - basically talking to yourself. Was difficult because you're unable to get feedback or see reactions. Here they are just looking for confidence and to see some of your personality!
