A segunda fase consiste em enviar 3 vídeos de 1min respondendo, em inglês, a perguntas de apresentação pessoal e de habilidades, por meio do site HireVue.

"After your application, you will receive an invitation to take our Red Bull Wingfinder - a personality assessment that provides insights and coaching on your strengths. After that, we invite you to tell us more about yourself, your background, your motivation, and your unique strengths in a short video interview (HireVue). You will receive the invitation a few days after submitting your application. You can comfortably complete the video interview from home - you have 3 days to do so. In a second video interview, we will take the opportunity to get to know each other better. We are excited to hear your story and career goals and are interested in what you expect from your role with us. We will also tell you more about the Graduate Program and the world of Red Bull. If you are one of the final candidates, you will be invited to the Selection Day for the specific role and country to which you applied. It is the perfect time to dive into the world of Red Bull, meet your future peers, and take on challenges. Expect an exciting and inspiring day."
