First there was a phone interview. Next there is an in-office interview, which includes computer tests, such as; typing speed, math and Microsoft Office applications proficiencies. Every person I interviewed with was very professional, cheerful, warm and friendly. I never felt nervous, because they never asked any "gotcha" or trick questions. They ask questions that help them determine if your skills, temperament, etc. make you a good candidate for the position you are applying for.
