Interview
Group orientation. They had eighty of us potential candidates participate in an orientation class, that included dress code, attendance, and company expectations. They followed this with a brief tour of the the facility. They then returned us to to the break area for a session of safety videos, and introduced us to our chain of command. It was a quick and easy process.

They didn't ask individual questions. They chose to show the group how the company works and tour the facility in operation.

It was an easy process Jacqui Gamboa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she simplified everything for me so I understood it was the best expirience I have ever had. She asked me great questions had me fill out a couple applications since they are based off san diego alot of the process I did from home they where easy to get a hold of and very helpful
