Randstad US Recruiting interview questions

I applied on a Friday and got an email to schedule a phone screen with the recruiter the following Monday. After the phone screen with the recruiter, it is a phone interview with 2 managers, followed by an onsite interview with 3 managers and met with a couple of the recruiters. After the onsite interview, I was invited back 2 days later to shadow a couple of recruiters doing the job, which I really appreciated. It probably depends on the location, but I was offered on the spot after job shadowing. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to interview with. The recruiter was so responsive through every step of the process.

The process was speedy and pleasant. Very welcoming experience. I talked to multiple people throughout the process and they all gave consistent information. I like the opportunity to work remote and they did a good job of explaining what that experience would be like.
