Randstad US Project Manager interview questions

The interview process with the recruiter at the beginning was very good, she provided detailed information and followed-up accordingly. Further, when I interviewed with the hiring manager, I also felt that the interview went well. It was done via an E-Meeting software. However, there was no follow-up from anyone after the initial interview. I sent a follow-up email, but received no response. I get that everyone is busy and that with the unemployment rates as they are that it's difficult to follow-up with everyone, howevver I do believe that if a person has gone through the interview process, that final follow-up, even to not offer employment is professional and appropriate - which was not done in this case.

Highly vetted process before you even get through the door. They check personal and professional references, drug test, etc. Once the betting was completed the interview process was nice because I already was referred by an employee.
