Was familiar with company as a vendor at my previous employer. Was recommended for the position by the Staffing Consultant that serviced our company.
I had a phone interview with Branch Manager, followed by an in person interview with Branch Manager. Was called back and scheduled for interiew process at corporate office in Atlanta where I took several tests ranging from reading, math and strategic questions to personality profile. I was then interviewed by several members of the Corporate HR Department.
After hiring was required to attend a week of training at corporate office followed by several weeks of working with other Staffing Consultants in the local office. I found the company to be both professional and friendly.
Any one hired to work in this position at Randstad, must be able to multi task in worp speed and be able to handle constant interuptions. I feel the company is great, but staff would be more successful and provide a better quality service if the duties were divided. This opinion is shared by other current and former Staffing Consultants.
