Randstad US Senior Network Analyst/Olympus interview questions

Avoid this company if you are a consultant or contractor, details below. I was contacted by one of their Technical Recruiter's in regards to a local Senior Network Analyst position. He seemed to be asking straight forward questions regarding my experience, apparently adjusting my Resume so that it has my relevant experience, explained how the client would like. The day proceeding my interview, the "Technical Recruiter" contacted someone I was working with (listed under my contacts) and proceeded to try to sell their services, in direct competition with my services.
