I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Randstad US (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2023
Interview
Although I have 25 years plus in collections customer service, I was told I was not qualified for a medical customer service/collections positions because my experience is in auto collections which is a lot harsher. I didn't get tp the interview section with the employer because the staffing agency shot me down after looking at my resume. I was overqualified but not qualified for the position
The interview process consisted of multiple stages. First, there was an initial screening interview where the recruiter asked general questions about my background, experience, and availability. This was mainly to see if I was a good fit for the role.
