Once I applied for the position online, they sent me some skill check questions i needed to fill out to check if i qualified for the job. Once I submitted everything, they brought me in for an interview where I spoke with the site manager.

Probably the most difficult part was skill check questions. Overall, It wasn't too difficult.
Face to face behavioral interview describing experience and resume. Individually discussed each item that was listed on my resume. Was followed by on site typing assessment to determine WPM rate.

The interview process was short. Asked basic questions that are pretty common. Took me a while to start the job because of the background checks, as well as the drug test.

Interview
Met with one of the employees/hiring managers at Randstad after an email conversation about a potential Summer Intern Position. Met with her and talked for about 30 minutes and had a writing and excel test (position specific). Then she said I did well on the test and said she'd be in touch. Later that week she said she filled me for that position.
