The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Randstad US (Alpharetta, GA)
Interview
Group interview with about 10 people. It was horrible, the interviewer already knew who they were choosing before the interview and showed this also. The interviewer came in with a jersey and jeans on and was running about 30mins late. It was very unprofessional for such a huge company that was hiring.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was your worst experience in customer service and how did you handle it?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Lincolnshire, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Informal, relaxed, rushed. Seemed more interested in adding to the required body count for their contract obligation than if this job would be a good fit for both parties. Also seemed as if the interviewer had done this so many times for so long that it was boring. Background check, drug test, skills testing, so many tests it seemed as if the position was for the NSA, FBI or CIA. To be fair, the position does allow access to very personal individual information including pay, SS# etc.

Question 1
Can you be flexible?
What do you look for to do a job?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Very simple interview question's. the interviewer was a supervisor and made the atmosphere very pleasant. It didn't seem as if there was much to getting the job at first, during the process the paper work that was need become a little annoying and tedious. but overall it was a really positive experience and they teach you a lot of things you can take with you for life.
