I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Randstad (Huntsville, AL) in Apr 2019
Interview
I'd applied just a few days prior. They struggled to find my application, and when they did, they set me up for an interview (with a job type I didn't ask for.) The interviewer of the actual company directly told the temp agency to hire me, but the woman responsible for this turned to me and dismissively said, "You'll hear from us." I never heard from them again. What is the point of doing this to someone when your client directly told you to hire that person? They didn't even bother with a background check for me, absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.
