Interview process consisted of submitting a resume and filing out an application for the desired position found on line. Then I was asked to do testing at home on the computer which entailed testing on typing as well as Microsoft applications. Then I received an email requesting to come in for a ten minute interview at the branch. This was followed with providing personal information to start working.

After a first conversation via phone, I had a face 2 face meeting with the current regional account manager and the to be regional account manager. They were adamant that I would get the education and training needed to make quick leaps, but that never really came to fruition. They asked why I wanted the job, what I could bring to the team, what I would do in certain situations.
