I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Randstad
Interview
The process was short and quick. Had two interviews in the office then I spoke with the corporate recruiter from then on out. All people I interviewed with were respectable and easy going. Very easy going interview process, just explained resume and went over some characteristics of a successful employee at randstad.
Recrutadora bem acolhedora, humanizada, organizada e transparente. Foi bem bacana o papo. Acabamos não evoluindo por não fazer sentido, mas mantive o contato para uma futura oportunidade talvez. Me explicou bem as etapas, clientes etc.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Randstad (Luxemburgo) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was contacted by them to explore an IT recruiter role. Overall the interview was pretty standard, but what shocked me was that they were asking for French in the job ad. When asking about the context of the language, they simply said that it is not needed to conduct the role but instead the team are French natives who rather find someone French speaking - which is illegal in many countries as it is considered discriminatory.
They also never got back to me with the feedback after the interview. Very unprofessional, especially in the very small market.
Was a 3 stage interview process. It started with a pre screen with a recruiter then it progressed to the stage of meeting the hiring manger and lastly a director.
