Het solliciteren gebeurt online. Indien het cv en motivatie brief positief zijn dan volgt een eerste telefonische screening. Daarna een gesprek met HR en vervolgens een gesprek met management emt enige tijd tussen. Gesprekken duren telkens ongeveer 1 uur. Tussen de gesprekken door is er ook een online test over je persoonlijkheid (duurt ong. 15 minuten)
The interview process involved two discussions: one with the Team Lead to talk about my skills and experience, and another with the Manager to discuss my career goals and how I could contribute to the team.

4 colloqui diversi. Il primo con il recruiter a cui ho raccontato la mia esperienza generale, il secondo con il manager che ha approfondito i requisiti tecnici, il terzo con il director con cui mi sono confrontato sui valori aziendali e l'ultimo per l'offerta.

Imterview was in Japanese and around 30-45 minutes. The person talked for 10minutes about the company and then started asking questions and at the end you were able to ask some questions
