Initial communication includes a written test at their head office in Himayathnagar. Post which you are called for a F2F round of interview with a recruiter then hiring manager/team lead.
There will be another round of interview with a senior manager post clearing initial F2F rounds.

All over the phone conversation then sent to company for interview. Randstad then called to give offer information, start day, who to meet with and what to expect. Randstad called first day to follow up on the day and give employers feedback to continue.
