Two interviews. First asked for experience and background. Second interview on work expectations. The interview felt relaxed and was taken remotely. After the second interview I had a better idea of job expectations.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Randstad (Brisbane) in Aug 2025
Interview
Apply online through seek then an Initial phone call from a representative followed by teams interview, mine was a group interview then had a one on one during this teams meeting.
I found that it was easy to apply and the interviewer was a pleasant and professional individual. I found the experience to be relaxed and enjoyable. Working with the company ended up being a positive experience.
