2 interviews meeting with manager and director of the division face to face. Was OK, in retrospect, no interest taking in me as individual, lots of 'how much did you bill?' 'what makes you different' - they didn't sell the organisation or really discuss the working environment which as I found out is terrible.
3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
