Contato via telefone (indicação de recrutador), onde aconteceu uma pré-entrevista e alinhamento de expectativas. Em seguida, entrevista pessoal, no escritório da Randstad. Contato super cordial, ambiente agradável, ótima recepção. Experiência com os funcionários da empresa foi muito positiva.

Toda baseada no histórico, não em comportamento e/ou perfil e potencial. Achei muito superficial, fraca demais. Sentimento: 2h00 de entrevista tentando desenvolver a experiência, desafios e competências, porém travado pelo "script padrão do RH".

Interview
A recruiter from this company reached out to me for a position. There was a phone conversation with the recruiter and additional questions from the hiring manager that was asked via email. After which I went for the interview with the hiring manager.
The recruiter was initially enthusiastic and even followed up after the interview. However, there was no follow up thereafter, and no feedback on the interview results. Seemed like they are only nice to potential candidates but if you’re rejected they don’t care to close the loop.
