I applied in-person. I interviewed at Randstad (Hyderabad)
Interview
Disgusting system. No process in place, at least in Hyderabad. Called us up multiple times just for asking basic random questions. Not open to salary negotiations and the salary offered was also very average, not matching the industry standards.
After taking multiple rounds of unnecessary generic interviews, with multiple people, the company states that the hiring process is frozen for the year. Least expected from a brand like yours who claim to be in number one and intend to expand in India's cut throat market.
Guys, Please be professional and stop wasting people's time and yours.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Woburn, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The process was 4 interviews over a 2 week period. The first was an hour long phone screen with your direct manager to be. The second was an hour long video call with that same manager. The third was an hour long video conference with a VP overseeing our office. The fourth and final was an in person "shadow" of other staffing managers to get a feel for the position and how you fit in the office culture.
