I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Randstad (Luton) in May 2021
Interview
There were three stages to the interview. There was an initial fairly casual chat, a more formal presentation and then a final call with the Director. All of the team all asked thoughtful and personalised questions.

Interview

Interview
The two interviewers for this role - the TA who's been with the company for nearly two decades, and the hiring manager - were the rudest people I'd ever interviewed with, and I have done a few hundred interviews. I'm not sure if it was an actual interview or a bullying fest - but it was an actualisation of women hating on other women. The hiring manager also made it clear that she did not believe a word I said and made me go into granular details, which no other interviewer has ever done. I wonder if they were conducting the interview out of schadenfreude-istic amusement. I now know this company has the most unprofessional back office staff who think bullying candidates is the way to go, when their whole business is made out of a database of candidates.
