Interview
Immediately got sent a coding challenge to complete asynchronously before talking to anyone. This coding challenge was fairly easy and reports the score back to you that it sends to the hiring team. After receiving a perfect score, I then got a generic no-reply rejection a few days later. This was insulting and I believe it is much better process to review (or have AI filter) resumes prior to wasting people's time with a coding challenge.
