I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY) in Apr 2024
Interview
This was the most bizarre/ worst experience in a first round tech screen I've ever had. I was reached out to by the recruiter on linkedin. I had previously heard that the engineering team doesn't have a lot of women from one of my friends. I asked the recruiter if there are any women's groups in engineering or at the company. She replied saying "we don't believe in diversity. It's not a priority for us" followed by "but I think it's really awesome you're a woman in engineering." I was qualified for the role and instantly got a rejection after that. If you are a woman / POC, I would avoid.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp in Mar 2024
Interview
Filled out essay like questions during application about entrepreneurial skills and a time I had exceptional performance.
45 minute online, easy, assessment. Passed with perfect score and most efficient code.
Received a generic no-reply denial email a few days later

Interview
Fill out application where you must describe how you are entrepreneurial and describe one time you had exceptional performance.
Then, a 45 minute online assessment. I passed the assessment 600/600, and then got a generic rejection email from a noreply inbox, like most other interviewees experienced.
No feedback and never talked to anyone at the company. Don't waste your time.
