first, screening with a recruiter. mostly non-technical asking about your experience.
second, take home project where you are given a very basic app and asked to add functionality and improve the UI; I actually didn't mind this as there was no stress and you could be creative with the solution and what features to add.
third, 60 minute technical interview with mobile devs. you are asked to write a simple app, won't say exactly what, but to implement a common game.
